In this paper, combing analysis and comparison of seed methods of all kinds with current situation and strongly developing tendency of direct seeding technology in china, aimed at settling the problem of rice direct seeding mechanization, it was put forward pelletizing technology to change rice seed physical characteristic, designed the rice pellet seeding metering device, and realize rice precision seeding.By simulate experiment of seeding on different mold hole, cylinder hole as seeding metering device pattern of rice pellet direct seeding was selected. Researched the influence of rice pellet physical characteristic on seeding, based on which, seeding metering device structure parameter of rice pellet direct seeding was confirmed. Through theoretic analysis of filling seed and harming seed mechanism, seed kinematics and dynamics model of all stages and analyze the influence of seeding metering device structure parameter on precision seeding were established.Based on theoretic research, a simple seeding metering device test-bed was designed and made. Adopting orthogonal test on seeding metering device of rice pellet direct seeding, by variance and extreme deviation analysis on test result, the influence of all factors on seeding performance was gained, superior level and optimum combination were found out, relation curve of performance target along with factor change was provided. Test showed: seeding metering device pattern is cylinder hole, rice pellet is SDZ-15 A and rotate speed is 30r/min,best performance is gained. Result: eligibility rate is 91.20%; cavity rate is 6.68%; fragmentation rate is 5.25%.
