The honey bee worker's hemolymph protein was investigaged in the situation of Nosema apis infection or Varroa destructor infection. Newly emerged worker honeybees were fed Nosema spores for 21 days running. The hemolymph of worker honeybee was collected every day for 30 day running starting from 3 days prior to feeding Nosema spores till the 27th day after feeding. The concentration of hemolymph protein was detected using Bradfrod methed. The results showed that the concentration of hemolymph protein tended to rise progressively within 10 days after being fed Nosema spores and then decreased gradually. The hemolymph of naturally infected Varroa destructer worker honeybees as well as health bees were collected and compared. The concentration of hemolymph protein was detected also by Bradfrod methed. Then the component difference of hemolymph protein between test group and control group were analyzed using high voltage isoelectric focusing electrophoresis(IEF) metheod. The results showed that the concentration of hemolymph protein in test group was significantly higher than that of control group. And there was significant difference in the component of hemolymph protein between two group. The present data indicated that worker honeybees could develop a resistance to Nosema apis or Varroa destructor after being infected by them.
