45W related genes were cloned from the activated oncosphere of Taenia solium. It was sure that eight A type transcripts, seven B type and one C were obtained. The modified AS and 62 transcripts were expressed in the form of GST fusion in E.coli. The results of SDS-PAGE showed that GST-Aa was soluble with high expression, while most of 82 recombinant product was in the form of insoluble bodies. After delt with urea (pHS.O, 6M), the high expression of GST-B2 was easily concluded, also. They couldn't be detected by the human sera against cysticercosis, and the reaction between GST-B? and the sera from pigs against oncosphere suggests that 62 be of immunogenicity. From the results of prediction, 45W protein of Taenia solium may be a glyco-protein with a transmembrane region located at C terminal, and FnlH type may also exist in its structure. In the processing of 45W protein, the phosphorylated modification may be important. These results suggest that its functions may be complicated, related with the regulation of gene expression and maintance of the cellular cytoskeleton and so on.
