| The expression of PAL and LOX genes in the suspension cells of rice that treated with IPT and ABA to the elicitors of fungal and salt was studied. The steady rice suspension cells system was established. The best concentration of 2,4-D was determined to be 3.0 mg/L,and the best pH was 6.0. The appropriate concentration of the fungal elicitor in this system was 10mg/L,and the best concentration of IPT was 5 u mol/L. IPT enhanced the suspension cells' susceptivity to the low dose of elicitor. After the different elicitors were added, the effects on the expression of PAL and LOX genes in the suspension cells treated with 5 u mol/L IPT and 5 u mol/L ABA were compared . As a result, when there was no elicitor, the treatment singly with IPT can induce the expression both of the PAL and LOX genes, while the treatment with ABA can simply induce the expression of the LOX gene. When the fungal elicitor was added, the cells treated with IPT can enhanced the expression of the PAL gene, but the expression of the LOX gene in the cells was disappeared; the treatment with ABA can induce the expression of neither the PAL gene nor the LOX gene. And when the salt elicitor was added, the expression of PAL and LOX genes were enhanced observably in the cells treated with IPT and ABA.All the results above indicated that IPT can enhanced the susceptivity of PAL and LOX of the suspension cells of rice, while ABA can induce just the way of LOX . |
