To prepare the receptor of immunosensor for detecting the residue of clenbuturol in agricultural products. Acetic acid cellulose was used as schlepper structure, glutaraldehydum as cross-linked reagent, hexamethylendiamine as cavity prepared reagent, and ten methods were chosen to prepare schlepper membrane. The appetence of schlepper membrane was evaluated by double blind method, then the better schlepper membrane was applyed to coat clenbuturol antibody and dam. The best condition and method of the preparations were available by evaluating the appetence and quality of with electronic noses. And antigen marked with CATase was coupled on antibody membrane, then the reduced quantity of H2O2 was detected. Simultaneously, the control membrane was conducted.The results showed that one best method was found which was 0.5g of acetic acid cellulose, 1.5g of hexamethylendiamine, 0.48ml of 8.33% glutaraldehydum, coated with 1:400 of clenbuturol antibody. There was a significant difference between control membrane and determining membrane in the change of the induced electric current(p<0.05).And the detection limit was 8.1ppb.It can be concluded that the receptor is sensitive to the change of the current and can be as the key part of the immunosensor.
