Study On Clean Strategy Of Pseudorabies On Scale Pig Farms

The investigation of epidemiology of porcine Pseudorabies was done on 84 pig farms by ELISA in HUNAN province.The cleen strategy of clean strategy of epidemiology on scale pig farms were studied with Pseudorabies gE-TK vaccine in three provinces.The results are as followings:1. Serological investigation on porcine pseudorabies on scale pig farms.5727 pigs were detected by ELISA in 84 pig farms. The result showed that :the amount of positive was 1598,the positive rates of Pseudorabies were between 20% and 40% on scale farms in HuNan.2. The study on clean strategy of Pseudorabies on scale pig farms.The 3555 stock boar and breeding sow and 9705 reserve pigs were examined through the blood examination on Hunan,Hubei,Guangdong province. The amounts of positive and suspivious were respectively 261,105 on male female, 125,31 on young pigs for breeding.Through Pseudorabies gE-TK vaccine and blood examination,the positive and suspivious pigs were eliminated.Only the young pigs for breeding negative for Pseudorabies can be used .The result showed that the clean srategy for cleaning Pseudorabies was reasonable...
