Primary Study On System Of Rice Intensification And Its Improved Techniques Of Super Hybride Rice

The SRI Techniques derived from Madagascar in 1980s, where rice yields are low. Prof. Yuan Longping introduced it into super hybrid rice in 1998. The techniques of baby seedling-raising, spacing and improved SRI techniques were studied in this paper. The main studying results are as follows:1. The seedling -raising technique with plastic trays based on the lands has higher yielding potential. It is suitable for transportation at young age. This technique can be used as an additional one of SRI.2. Reasonable more spacing on SRI techniques is one of high -yielding cultural development directions. But certain basic seedlings are necessary.3. The differences of the yields do not have regular change when transplanted at the different leave ages. But under the most suitable spacing, there are significant differences of the yields among different transplanting ages. It shows that the high-yielding base of baby- seedling-transplanting is still reasonable spacing.4. Triangle culture in the different culture methods based on SRI techniques can obtain high yield. This new cultural method performed new character that there exists simultaneously wide spacing between triangles and narrow space between inside-triangle-hills. It is good for the balance between dig panicles and number of panicles.5. There are significant differences of effective panicles at the different cultural methods. The farming is good for increase of effective panicles among the different cultural methods. The spacing of triangle cultural method and SRI are bigger, and LAI at the early and middle stages are easier to increase and good for the accumulation of dry materials; the differences of LAI of different cultural methods at full stage are not significant. Specific gravity under SRI is best, and at full stage specific gravity of all cultural methods are not different.6. SRI method can accumulate more dry materials, so do the ridged-cultural method. But ridged-cultural method spends more labors and must be overcome through improvement of techniques.
