The Shabai Grass of Hubai was used in this research. Through three different experiments, the fibre development and impacts on fibre of sunlight or several levels of fertilizer were acquired. The aim was to make up for leak of the study of Shabai Grass and accelerate the research paces in our country.Sun-shading can promote the growths of leaf age and tiller, and the leaf-area. The negative impacts on length of fibre cell, coefficient of flexibility, ratio of length and diameter. Sun shading of 15% can promote the cellulose content. The treatment of 150 kg/hm2fertilizer N rate and300 kg/hm2 fertilizer K rate had the best effect, which can improve leaf areas, leaf fibre cell lengths, flexible coefficient, but also the content of the cellulose.Every parameter can be estimated by analyzing the correlation with leafage, tiller, and leaf area. The duality regress relations of ratio of length and diameter and fertilizer N, fertilizer K indicate significant. The regression equation is y= 103.89+0.12N -0.833K.
