In this paper, the advance study on TA and it's academic significance was first summarized. Base upon this, some physiological effects of TA on rice in lab were studied, which included the effects of TA on seed germination, the activity of NR, Hill reaction, etc. Further study about the mechanism of TA was made by use of protein electrophoresis and connecting with experiments in field. Through spraying different concentration of TA on rice at different developmental stage, then measuring physiological indexes , such as chlorophyll content, carbon and nitrogen content , photosynthetic rate and checking seed . Measuring yield to study the mechanism of TA on increasing the yield and got the data about the suitable concentration and stage of using TA on rice, which will provide the necessary theoretical support for further study and practical production on TA.
