Study On Prevention And Cure Weeds Of Using Chemical-Herbicide For Poa Pratnsis L.

During the fast development of lawn, it is takes more and more care of the lawn s management and concernment. Prevent weeds is the most important content of the lawn concernments. It is good theory value and practice meaning for Studying chemical-herbicides using in northeast high latitude area, different concentration gradients preventing weeds effect. On the other hand it will improve the using of the chemical-herbicides in northeast high latitudes area.Two kinds of chemical-herbicides (Atrazine and 2,4-DB) are used in the experiment. Four different concentration gradients of Each kind of chemical-herbicide are used in Poa pratensis L. The gradients of the Atrazine is: 10g/m2, 0.15g/m2 , 0.20g/m2, 0.23g/m2. The gradients of the 2,4-DB is: 0.06g/m2, 0.09g/m, 0.12g/m2, 0.15g/m2. The comparison of preventing effect, safety, sugar content, chloroplast, photosynthesis rate, breathe rat are taken. The result of this experiment is that Atrazine(0.2g/m2) and 2,4-DB(0.09g/m2)have good preventing effects and safe for Poa pratensis L.
