In the inland area, since the dry climate condition, the particular terrain and the slow development of the science and technology, the problem on the lack of the water resources and the soil salinization exists. In some region which is lack of land resources and has the large salinization of alkaline soil area, the conflict between water saving and water using for leaching salt is more outstanding with the agricultural land enlargement, the utilization of the salinization of alkaline soil, the unreasonable water use and the appearance of the soil hypo-salinization. In this paper, aiming at the problem that we must use water resources efficiently during improving the soil salinization, Fengshou irrigation area which is located at AWATI County in AKSU district was considering as the typical area to study the movement of the irrigation, drainage and salt in the farm. "The salt follows water, the salt leaves by the water", so the salt and water were studied at the same time in this paper. On microcosmic, the distribution and transport of the salt was analyzed combing the analysis of the water flow and transformation. On macroscopic, the salt transfer within the irrigation area was analyzed using the monitoring data and integrating the irrigation system, the groundwater system, the soil water system and the drainage system. Particularly, the well-developed model: two-dimensional groundwater model and one-dimensional soil water model were used to analyze the effect of the irrigation, the groundwater table and the soil type on the movement of the soil salt and the condition of the crop growth, especially, the effect of the irrigation and winter irrigation was analyzed. In conclusion, the reasonable irrigation, leaching water, crop water demand and the efficient drainage project were planed by means of the drainage reconstruction and the numerical modeling following the control indexes: the crop salinity capability and the available groundwater level.
