In this text, we use the environmental variety of the greenhouse type of Europe "Europe No.8" and the environmental variety of the uncovered ground type of North China "Qiupeng" as parents to set up recombinant inbred lines . The male parent is" Europe No. 8" which stems from Europe and is strong ability of continuous growing and fructifying, and suitable for long season culture, low point of light compensation and able to bear-tow temperature and weak lights; which hardly forms bitter flavor plains, with smooth and glossy peel, all female and other fine properties. The female parent is " Qiu peng" which has many fine properties: it strongly resists many main leaf diseases ,such as CMV,ZYMV,WMV-l,WVM-2 ,etc., and is high point of light compensation, and the chlorophyll of it can not be damaged under strong light in uncovered ground .We used RAPD,SSR ,AFLP to analyze the recombinant inbred lines and got 235 markers altogether. Among them, RAPD marks, SSR marks and AFLP marks were respectively 89, 4, and 141. The genetic map was composed of 9 linkage groups. It was 727.5cM to cover the total length of the genome .The average distance among the marks was 3.1 cM .The molecular linkage map would base a theoretical foundation for the next gene location of important quantity traits, molecular marker assistant breeding, goal gene location and map based cloning.
