The storage quality storage physiology on post-harvest mangoes' storing at 20 temperature, 70%~85% RH(Relative Humidity), which was treated by l-MCP(l-methylcyclopropene) were studied. As regard these results we made out the best treatment method of 1-MCP and expatiate the storage senescence process of the mangoes from the aspecct of the free radicals.The results expressed 1-MCP can make a descent for deferring post-harvest mangoes' Vc content, Soluble Sugar content and Titrable acidity content obviously during storage, making the yellowing rate amounts to 100% postpone 10ds than to the CK, prolonging the storage life markedly. On the other hand, although, the 1-MCP treatment can show an outbreak for aggravating the infectious rate, the CaCl2 can show prevents to the rate of go up, but CaCl2+l桵CP treatment can also defer to turn the yellow rate availably. Hence put forwards the best method of 1-MCP treatment: the hot(54 1) liquid of 4% Cad2 was used to treat the mangoes for 5min then used l-MCP(50mol/L)to fumigate for 12hr.According this base, the further research of the storage physiology on the No. 1 Tainong mangoes showed a marketable negative relativity between the different concentration of 1-MCPs and the respiratory rate of mangoes. The accumulation of MDA content and ROS(Reactive Oxygen Species) was reduced by 1-MCP, and the activity of SOD, PG and LOX werebrought down too, postponing the emergence of their high peak. At the same time, the ability of regulating in metabolize equilibrium of ROS tremendously was showed up. Moreover, the research discouraged that there has a close relation between LOX and ABA, Ethylene. The LOX activity was improved by exogenous ABA and CEPA treatments marketablely and the LOX may participate the biosynthesization process of ABA and Ethylene.Aim at the above research results, consulting the past research theories and results, we put forwards the possible physiology mechanism of the senescence process and the possible function position of 1-MCP acting on the post-harvest mango.
