In order to solve the problem of low nitrogen utilized coefficientand short fertilizer efficiency, severed nitrification inhibitor used in domestic and international country had been studied, expecting to select nitrification inhibitor(M) which could raise nitrogen uti lized efficiency, stabilize and increase yield, save on work and nitrogen amount, reduce N0:l leakage rate etc. The incubation method, pot experiment and field plots experiment were carried out to study the single factor of various concentration of DCD, ATC, Dwe 11, MPC and the conspiracy effect of their combination with each other by the analysis of the effect of soil urea-N transformation and ferti1izer-N utilized efficiency and yield and other major economical character of the Northern main products such as maize and rice. The main results are showed as follows:l.The incubation experiment of ATC indicated that ATC was effective on nitrification inhibition when its application rate was 0. 1% of pure nitrogen, and the difference among all treatments was significant. ATC with application of 0.1%, 0.4%, 0.7%, 1.0% per N had inhibited nitrification for 5-7 weeks. The effectiveness of treatment 4(0. 4% per N) was better than others, and it was decreased nitrification rate by 53. 7%, 3. 68%, 0. 87%, 5. 25% on the 11'" day, 36lh day, 52'h day respectively. Compared with the treatment without NI (Frank), ATC with appl ication of 0. 1-1. 0% per N decreased the ni tri f ication rate by 7-25% during 7 weeks;48compared with the treatment with DCD, ATC decreased 0.6-19.3%.2. The field experiment of ATC indicated that ATC could increase corn hecto-grain weight and rice ki lo-grain weight, and raise up the corn and rice yield markedly, with application of N 133. 2kg/hm~, corn yield be increased by 128. 25-1169. lkg/hm"', ranged from 1. 4 to 12. 72%. The corn pure income was increased by 5.94-91.37 yuan/acre with ATC application of 0.2-0.6%, and ATC;(0. 2% per N) was the best. With application of N 150kg/hm", rice yield was increased by 32. 1-553.2kg/hmJ, ranged in 0.83-14.3%, rice pure income was increased by -7.59-51.72 yuan/acre with ATC app I i cat ion of 0.3-0. 9%, and ATC, (0. 3% per N) was the best. Under this experimental condition, the usage of ATC increased economical income higher than market-selling nitrogen additive ZengAn I .The treatment wi th ATC application of 0. 2-0. 6% per N was increased nitrogen utilized efficiency by 2.79-9. 12%, and the effect of treatment ATC,(0.2% per N) was greater than others.Above all, it confirmed that ATC was perfect material as nitrogen additive, and the ATC suitable application amount was 0.2-0.4% per N.3. The incubation experiment on nitrification inhibition by MFC and Dwell were showed that MFC and Dwell had caused the significantly better inhibitory effect and inhibited or delayed the nitrification of NHT-N. MFC and Dwcl 1 had been found to maintain higher levels of NHT-N and lower levels of NO:,-N for a prolonged period of and the differences were significant among the treatments with inhibitors. The amounts of NH/-N was increased with concentration of Dwell increase. In contrast to the treatment with DCD, the treatment with Dwell was decreased the accumulative amounts of N0:,-N in the soil by 1.86-52.6%. The amounts ofMi,-N was increased with concentration of Dwell decrease. In contrast to the treatment with DCD, the treatment with Dwell was decreased the accumulative amounts of NO.-N in the soil by 23.8-13.6%.The nitri ficat ion rate from Ni-treated plots was markedly di f ferent. The accumulative amounts from M-treated plots were significantly lower than those of the control plots without Ms.The average nitrification rate was decreased by 5.13-33.1% in Dwel1-treated plots. In contrast to the treatment with DCD, the average nitrification rate decreased by 2. 05-28%. The average nitrification rate was decreased by 10.7-28.2% in DCD-treated pl,)ts. In contrast to the treatment with DCD, the average nitrification rate was decreased by 3. 9-23%.Under this experiment condition, the suitable...
