Many years in the last, the problem of drought and water resource shortage have been the biggist obstacle of dry farming in Hubei province, even the south to our country. The drought have make the higher consume of resource and lower yield of agriculture, specially in the Hubei north hillock region. Because of the seasonal and regional drought with the local area and the gradient of sloping farmland, it cause the hillock serious rainwater radial current after raining, and make the tillaged layer soil erode seriously. The soil construction is gradually broken and the soil physics character is continuously worsen, Year by year ,the unreasonable fanning method make the sloping farmland soil since not keeping water and soil, again not bearing drought. It have being affected my province dry farming sustainable development extraordinarily. Therefore, popularizing mechanization conservation tillage technology is very necessary, and also very urgent in the Hubei province, especially the hillock area.This lesson aimed at leading for new mechanization technology for soil , accelerating Hubei province traditional plowing the system reforming, reforming the outset from the farming technique system. Through researching and developing, assembling and outfitting applicable mechanization technology and machine system to bury deeply, mulch stalk, hold back rain water balancedly, ameliorate soil and moisture that farm crop rely for existence with validly. At the same time, This lesson purposed to investigate a kind of efficient and superior quality conservation tillage technology system, which attain the keep the water, soil and fertilizer, lower the production cost, increase the farmer income, improve agricultural ecosystem environment. The research way of thinking: Firstly, on the base of the small scope planting trial of spring corn, analyzing the principle of conservation tillage keeping water and soil and boost production through comparing different tillage system. Secondly, bringing up the conservation tillage agriculture technique norm of spring corn and its mechanization production craft project. Thirdly, designing machine system project through consulting with agriculture production in the arid and semiarid region of hubei, and with the actual circumstance of related mechanization technique experiment. At last, researching and demonstrating of the limit operate the scale within spring corn conservation tillage system and providing with the machine tool equipment project.After proceeding the small scope sample spring corn plant experiment inside Huazhong agriculture university, the lessen have come to a conclusion that the notillage and burying stalk mulch system is more valid and advantageous than traditional fanning in the aspect of keeping water and soil, improving soil, boosting the farm crop yield. Combinating spring corn growth characteristics, this lesson put forward 3 kinds of mechanizations conservation tillage system and its mechanization produce craft project, namely, notillage mulch, subsoiling mulch and burying stalk mulch, which according with the hillock region in Hubei. Then, it research the choosing of machine system charactered burying stalk mulch tillage, choose the type of its produce machine system and compute the quantity of its equipment by applying line programming method under the maximal total income, 50 hmls' unit area, with the characteristic of burying stalk mulch mechanization conservation tillage system. Therewith, it calculate he quantity of the agriculture machine tool which the various item works need, including 2 tractor of shanghai-50, 3 tractor of iron-cow-654, 2 set of BQM-6A notillage sower,! set of 3 Ws-2000 sprayer, 2 set of ISQ-250 subsoiling, 1 set of burying stalk mulch machine;! set of 4 Q-2.0 the stalk smash to return field set, 3 set of 1065 unite reaper right which count its certain quantity adopting the method of homeworks.Finally, in the light of case example of shayang maliang jail farm, this lesson proceeds technology economic analysis about notillage mulch system...
