| It was proved that anaerobic processed liquid of livestock manures is a ki nd of quality organic liquid fertilizer .It contains various amount of mineral an d organic components which are useful for plant growth and which are conside red as a resource of fertilizer. It cannot only supply nutrients for a plant, but also can inhibit fungicide disease.The present experiment was conducted to clarify effect of anaerobic proces sed liquid of livestock manures on the growth , yield and fruit quality of peppe r and eggplant grown in mixed media (corn straw : cinder : peat=45 : 40 : 15).T reatments were consist of 1) control (inorganic fertilizer) 2)25% anaerobic proc essed liquid of livestock manures(C) 3)50% anaerobic processed liquid of livest ock manures(B) 4)100% anaerobic processed liquid of livestock manures(A).Plant growth was lesser in control than treatment A, B and C. Yield was greatest in B(pepper:5230.45kg/666.7m2 and eggplant:7043.097kg/666.7m2 ),follo wed by A( pepper:4532.645kg/666.7m2 and eggplant:5689.475kg/666.7m2), C( pe pper:3497.316kg/666.7m2 and eggplant:4906.649kg/666.7m2) and lowest in contr ol( pepper:2967.187kg/666.7m2 and eggplant:3962.943kg/666.7m2).Fruit quality w as improve in A, B, C compared with the control, anaerobic processed liquid of livestock manures can obviously decrease content of nitrate in fruit, treatme nt A(pepper:16.2609mg/kg and eggplant: 13.6957mg/kg) Was lowest, followed by B(pepper:19.1015mg/kg and eggplant: 15.826 Img/kg)^ C (pepper: 23.2947mg/kg an d eggplant:20.971mg/kg)content of nitrate in control(pepper:57.8841mg/kg and e ggplant:48.9134mg/kg)was greatest. But effect on content of Vc and organic aci d in fruit is deceased compared with control, effect on content of soluble suga r in fruit is no obvious.Influence of different content of anaerobic processed liquid of livestock manures on resistance of tomato and cucumber to the disease were tested by lea f spray application of fertilizer The results showed that anaerobic processed liq uid of livestock manures can strengthen the resistance of plants to fungicide di sease and anaerobic processed liquid of livestock manures have obvious influen ce on the resistance of plants.The present experiment was done to verify efficacy of leaf spray applicati on of anaerobic processed liquid livestock manures against cucumber downy mild ew, cucumber powdery mildew and tomato-leaf mould , tomato blight. These dise ases were inoculate in plant. There are five treatments including four different co ncentration of anaerobic processed liquid of livestock manures(100%, 75% , 50% , 25%) and control(water).Result was shown that anaerobic processed liquid of live stock manures of concentration above 50%can effectively inhibited cucumber dow ny mildew , cucumber powdery mildew and tomato-leaf mould , tomato blight. Ho wever inhibitory effects of treatment of 25% is not obvious and is hardly equal with control. |
