This test studied effect of sulfonamino derivative (coded G98) as a regulator on growth, endocrine, microecology of the caecum and immunity in broiler chickens.First test: First day yellow feather broiler chickens were divided into four groups. The G98 of 0,12,16,20mg were added to one Kg basal diet of broiler chickens. This test was from 7th day to 52nd day. The test studied the effect of the different dosage G98 on growth, endocrine, the level of serum glucose, meat compoment, calcium and phosphate of skeleton, body stature and slaughtering performance in broiler chickens. The results showed that:1, Every dosage G98 can significantly increase the body weight gain of broiler chickens(p<0.05),and the group of 16mg had best effect; groups of 16mg and 20mg increased the feed intake and decreased the feed/gain significantly(p<0.05).2, Every dosage G98 can increase the level of hormones of serum. Groups of 16,20mg significantly increased the level of hormones of serum, such as insulin(INS),growth hormone(GH), triiodothyronine(T3),thyronine(T4except the group of 16mg),insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1),but there was no significant effect on the level of serum glucose.3 , All dosage can significantly increase the crude protein(except the group of 20mg) and significantly decrease crude fat (p<0.05);and they had significanteffect on some parameters of body stature, such as length of body slope, length of chest bone, girth of chest, pelvic breadth, metatarsus length, metatarsus girth. But, there were no significant effects on the dressing percentage, semi-evicerated carcass weight rate, evicerated carcass weight rate, the concentration of the calcium and phosphate of skeleton.Second test:This test ,with the anaeric culture device to simulate the caecum of broiler chicken, studied the effect of different dosage G98(0,12,16,20mg/100ml medium) on pH, the concentration of NH3-N,total dehydrogenase activity(TDHA),microbial protein(MCP) of medium of caecum microbial of broiler chickens under the anaeric condition in vitro .The results showed that: in vitro, compared with the control group, the parameters of every treated groups had the same level of variation trend and there was no significant difference.When we added 0,16mg G98 to basal diet, TDHA enhanced significantly (p<0.01), compared with the control group, but pH, the concentration of NH3-N,MCP had no significant difference.Third test: We added 0,16mg G98 to basal diet in order to study the effect on the index of immune organ (spleen, thymus, bursa of Fabricius) and hemaggtulination inhibition antibody titre of Newcastle disease vaccine. The results showed that: compared with the control group, after 14 days (21st day), special antibody titre of ND of treated group increased significantly (p<0.05),and in all tested days, the concentration of antibody titre of treated group were higher than control group. And there was no significant effect on the index of immune organs.
