This study has used li-6400 portable photosynthesis system and li-6400-09 soil chamber to study soil surface CO2 efflux of typical grassland in different degenerated and utilized pattern in Xinlin river basin and Huangfuchuan basin of Inner Mmongolia .In this study, soil surface CO2 efflux (Fc), and substract-induced respiration(SIR) was determined by Li-6400-09,and quotation of SIR and siol surface CO2 efflux with MB-C were calculated . Their variation with different degraded degree and different utilized pattern were analysed, Q10 were calculated on typical grassland as well as. The results shown: 1 .Soil surface CO2 efflux is single pit in diel variation. In Xinlin river basin Q10 are 1.62 and 1.55 when it respectively vary according to 5cm deepth temperature and air temperature, and In Huangfuchan basin Q10 are 1.471 and 1.27 respectively to 5cm deepth temperature and air temperature. The Fc of Xinlin-river grassland is more sensitivity to temperature than Huangfuchuan grassland; 2. Substract-induced respiration can reflect the degree of different degenerated grassland; 3. qCO2 and situ qCO2 can comprehensively quantified the degree of different degraded grassland, and can be used as the index of soil health; 4. Over-grazing can reduce Fc and SIR, and increase qCO2 and situ qCO2; 5. On different vegetable communities, Fc, SIR, qCO2 and situ qCO2 variy with the types of vegetable and soil; 6. Fc and SIR decrease from east to weast ,with qCO2 and situ qCO2 increaseing at the same time.
