Daidzein was a kind of isflavonic phytoestrogen. It had the same weak activity as male animal eatogenic and could increase the number of cytosol estradiol receptor in mammary gland, pituitary gland and hypothalamus which effected the mechanism of heuroendocrine regulation in the growth of animals. Cysteamine had varies biological function because it had activity hydrosulfuryl and amino and it had become a very important biological activity material in vivo. Many studies published had indicated daidzein and cysteamine could improve the weigh gain, fertilitu and immunity of animals. So far there are no report about the effects of daidzein and cysteamine on digest and metabolism and cashmere characteristics in cashmere goats. In this experiment, the effects of daidzein and cysteamine on digest and metabolism and cashmere characteristics in cashmere goats were studied. In this way the mechanism of the weigh gain and wool gain were explored and theory data of the food additives applied to animal husbandry production were provided.Four six month old male cashmere goats were divided into four groups:daidzein(Da)group, cysteamine(CS) group, combination group, control group. The experiment was followed the design of 44 Latin square. It had four periods. Each of them had three weeks for trial and one week for break. The control group was fed with the basic diet, while the Da group was fed with the basic diet added with daidzein 3mg/kg and CS group was fed with the basic diet added with cysteamine 100mg/kg.W.B and combination group was fed with he basic diet added with daidzein 3mg/kg+cysteamine 100mg/kg.W.B. .In this experiment, many indexes such as weigh gain, cashmere characteristics, blood hormone , digest and metabolism were examined and discussed the effects of daidzein and cysteamine on digest and metabolism and cashmere characteristics in cashmere goats. The results were as following:1. Daidzein and combination of daidzein and cysteamine both could improve the growth and weight of cashmere goats. But the effect of Da group was the best. The weight gains of Da group and combination group were increased by 16.67% and 5.56% respectively (P<0.05),compared with the control group.2. Daidzein and combination of daidzein and cysteamine both could obviously improve the growth of cashmere and wool in cashmere goats. The lengths of cashmere and wool were longer than the control and the diameter of cashmere was more slender than it.There were no effectsobviously on the strength and elasticity of cashmere and wool. Among them, the effect of combination group was better. The natural length and stretched length of cashmere in Da group and combination group were increased by 25.44% and 24.72% and 29.68% and 33.77% respectively, compared with the control group(P<0.05), while the natural length and stretched length of wool in Da group and combination group were increased by 23.68% and 20.88% and 24.95% and 22.37% respectively, compared with the control group(P<0.05).The the diameter of cashmere in Da group and combination group were 10.76+ 1.84um and 10.46?.33um and decreased by 3.93% and 6.61% respectively, compared with the control group (PO.05) . The diameter of wool in Da group and combination group were 26.50?.36um and 26.87 ?.37um and increased by 5.03% and 6.50% respectively, compared with the control group (PO.05) .3. Daidzein and combination of daidzein and cysteamine both could obviously increase the contents of T3 and INS in the plasma of cashmere goats and improve to prduce and use protein which resulted in the growth of cashmere and wool obviously. The contents of T3 and INS in Da group were increased by 29.82% and 39.98% respectively, compared with the control group(PO.05) ,while the contents of T3 and INS in combination group were increased by 35.77% and 39.15% respectively, compared with the control group (PO.05) .4. Daidzein and combination of daidzein and cysteamine both could obviously strength the activity of micro-organism and increased the content of NH3-N> TCA-P in rumen...
