In this paper, the population and race of Pyricularia grisea in Anhui was identifiedï¼› the dominating population and race of Pyricularia grisea in Anhui was confirmedï¼› the physiological race of Pyricularia grisea on different cultivars of rice in Anhui was analyzedï¼› the diversity of relative parasitic fitness of Pyricularia grisea was analyzed ; the influence of the nutrition level and the using of fungicides to relative parasitic fitness of Pyricularia grisea was experimented and the results were as follows:The effects of keeping rice-leaves fresh of Benzimidazole , 6-BA, IAA and NAA were tested and the results were that the effect of 6-BA was the best which can keep the leaves fresh for 13 days and had not minus effect on rice blast.Making identification on 57 strains of Pyricularia grisea in Anhui had been done and the results showed that the dominating population of Pyricularia grisea was ZB, and the dominating race were ZB13 and ZB15 . The races of Pyricularia grisea occurred differently on various rice cultivars, but occurred on the same rice-cultivars from different counties were similar. The comparison on the results of races of Pyricularia grisea by identified separately in vivo and in vitro had been done and the conclusion was indecated that the similar results were brought by two different means. By analyzing the resemblance of electrophoresis pattern of esterase enzymes, soluble protein, PPO, and POD and clustering on the isolates of Pyricularia grisea, the results showed that the kindred of the isolates of Pyricularia grisea could be found by analyzing the resemblance of electrophoresis pattern of esterase enzymes and soluble protein, but the kindred could not be found by the analyzing of PPO and POD.The relative parasitic fitness of Pyricularia grisea from 4 races groups as ZA, ZB, ZC, and ZD had been analyzed and the results showed that ZA races group behaved some parasitic fitness to all the experimented rice cultivars, with stronger parasitic fitness to Lijiang, less parasitic fitness to TTF, Sifeng, Zhenlong, and Hejiang, the least parasitic fitness to Dongnong and Guandong; ZB races group behaved stronger parasitic fitness to Lijiang, Sifeng, and Zhenlong, less parasitic fitness to Hejiang, the least parasitic fitness to Dongnong; ZC races group behaved stronger parasitic fitness to Lijiang and Sifeng, less parasitic fitness to Hejiang, and the least parasitic fitness to Dongnong; ZD races group behaved stronger parasitic fitness to Lijiang, less parasitic fitness to Hejiang, and the least parasitic fitness to Dongnong.The relative parasitic fitness of Pyricularia grisea from 4 races as ZB05, ZB07, ZB13, and ZB15 had been analyzed and the results showed that ZB05 race behaved stronger parasitic fitness to Lijiang, Sifeng, Zhenlong, and Hejiang, less parasitic fitness to Dongnong; ZB07 race behaved stronger parasitic fitness to Lijiang, Sifeng, and Zhenlong, less parasitic fitness to Dongnong; ZB13 race behaved stronger parasitic fitness to Lijiang , and less parasitic fitness to Sifeng, Zhenlong, and Hejiang; ZB15 race behaved the strongest parasitic fitness to Lijiang, less parasitic fitness to Sifeng, and the least parasitic fitness to Zhenlong.The relative parasitic fitness of 4 isolates of ZB13 race as 6204, 7801, 8102, and 9208 had been analyzed and the results showed that different isolates of ZB13 behave different relative parasitic fitness to Sifeng, Zhenlong, Lijiang, and Hejiang, the difference among the isolates was beyond significant level of 5%, and the difference among rice cultivars was beyond the significant level of 1%; Each isolate behaved the least relative parasitic fitness to Hejiang, and the difference to other cultivars was beyond the significance level of 5%, but the difference among other cultivars were under the significance level of 5%; Isolate 7801 behaved the least relative parasitic fitness to all the cultivars, and the difference to 6204 was beyond significance level of 1%; the difference to other isolates was beyond the significance level of 5%.
