Use the algae of Monodus subterraneous marine, Melosira granulata and the rotifers enrichched by them as the diets of Eriocheir sinensis zoeae larvae. Brief results are followed:1 .Monodus subterraneous can live in seawater after domesticated and the content of EPA/DHA lows than it in freshwater.2. NaNO3 concentration of 1125mg/l is the most suitable for the growth of Monodus subterraneous marine and Melosira granulata, the content of EPA in Monodus subterraneous marine reaches the most at this concentration,but the content of EPA in Melosira granulata reaches the most at the NaNO3 concentration of 700mg/l.3. The density ind/ml of Monodus subterraneous marine and Melosira granulata is the most suitable for the growth of Brachinousplicatilis.4. The survival rate of Eriocheir sinensis zoeae larvae reaches the most at the density 1 105~3 105 ind/ml of Melosira granulata.5. The average time of ecdysis and survival rate of Eriocheir sinensis zoeae larvae fed by enriched rotifers of Melosira granulata are better than the other algae and the average time of ecdysis and survival rate of Eriocheir sinensis zoeae larvae fed by enriched rotifers of 72 hours are better than the other enrichment time.6. The densities 20ind/ml and 30ind/ml of the enriched rotifers of Melosira granulata are suitable for the ecdysis of Z2 and Z3, the most suitable densities of the enriched rotifers of Monodus subterraneous marine for the ecdysis of Z2 and Z3 is as the same as Melosira granulata.7. The content of EPA/DHA in the enriched rotifers of 72 hours reaches the most both of Melosira granulata and Monodus subterraneous marine...
