Ningxia province is located in the upper reaches of the Yellow River basin and in Northwest area of ourcountry,it covers 51795 square kilometers ,the saline-alkali area is occupied 40%of general area around, and it,s types of saline-alkali soil are diversified. The climate of the Ningxia province is dry, little rain andevaporable intensely,it,s air temperature is changeable, and it's ecological and climate conditions arecomplicated and distinctive, which decide the unique characteristics of the microorganism resources inNingxia saline-alkali soil.In this paper, the quantity of fungi and bacteria and the actinomycetes resources insaline-alkali soil samples were studied systematically by normal methods. The soil samples were collectedfrom Pingluo county,Huinong county,Helan county,Yinchuan county and Yanchi county. The results werefollowed: 1.The level distribution of fungi, bacteria and actinomycetes quantity in saline-alkali soil.①The quantityof fungi, bacteria and actinomycetes in the cultivated land was more than that in the wasteland, but thevariation degree of fungi ,bacteria and actinomycetes in the cultivated land was lower than that in thewasteland; In the cultivated land, the bacteria amount was more than the actinomycetes count followed bythe fungi; In the wastedland, the quantity of bacteria was most, the quantity of fungi took second place, thequantity of actinomycetes was at least; The influence of the different crop in the cultivated land to thedistribution tendency of bacteria ,fungi and actinomycetes was not significant:bacteria>actinomycetes>fungi; ②In salinized irrigated silting soils and Takyr solonetzs, the actinomycetes amount followed by thefungi quantity was smaller than the bacteria count,in solonchaks, the quantity of antinomycetes was lowestamong fungi, bacteria and actinomycetes, and the bateria amount was more than the fungi count ;Thevariation degree of fungi and bacteria was more than that of actinomycetes in salinized irrigated siltingsoils ,in solonchaks ,the variation degree of fungi, bacteria and actinomycetes was all great, the distributiontendency of fungi ,bacteria and anctinomycetes in saline-alkiali soil was:salinized irrigated silting soil>solonchaks>Takyr solonetzs, but the number of actinomycetes in Takyr solonetzs was more than that insolonchaks. 2.The vertical distribution of fungi, bacteria and actinomycetes in saline-alkali soil. ①salinizedirrigated silting soils:with an increace in soil depth, the number of fungi, bacteria and actinomycetes wassharply reduced ,the microognism amount in the upper level of the irrigated silting layer was more than thatin the lower lever of the irrigated silting layer. ②Takyr solonetzs:the quantity of microognism in thealkali-layer was most, the transitional layer count took second place, the quantity of the lowest layer was atleast, and the amount in the prismatic texsture layer was more than that in crust.③solonchaks:themicrooganism number in salic crust was lowest, and the number of nonsalic horizo was more than that ofsalic horizo;④In the three types of saline-alkali soil, bacteria was all occupied the dominant position. 3.Study on selecting the isolation medium of actinomycetes and treatment method.①the effect ofGaoshi NO.1 agar(NaCl%0.05,pH7.0), Gaoshi NO.1 agar(NaCl%5,pH7.0) and Gaoshi NO.1 agar(NaCl%0.05,pH9.0),Arginine-Glycerine agar(NaCl%0.05,pH7.0) and Arginine -Glycerineagar(NaCl%5,pH7.0) to Takyr solonetzs and Glycerine-Asparagine agar (NaCl%5,pH7.0) and straw decaysubstande agar(NaCl%0.05.pH9.0) to solonchaks was also good.②the effect of treatment 3(HA2%vibrating for 20min at 40℃) and treatment 4 (CA1%,vibrating for 20min at 40℃) to Takyr solonetzs andsolonchaks was good,in addition, the effect of the treatment 1(121℃×1h) to Yakyr solonetzs and thetreatment 2(YE1%,vibrating for 20min at 40℃) to solonchaks was good too. 4.The correlation analysis between the quantity of fungi, bacteria and actinomycetes and fundamen...
