(3) The effect of lipid levels on growth and lipase of Eriocheir sinensis larvae. ã•he effect of glucan levels on growth and immunity function of .Eriocheir sinensis larvae.I.The effect of protein levels on growth and proteases of Eriocheir sinensis larvae.Appropriate protein level will promote the growth of Eriocheir sinensis larvae. Too high or too low protein level will both significantly influence the survival, metamorphism and weight gain (P<0. 05) . The proteases activity will become stable 12 hours later of larvae' metamorphism. The protease activity will show obvious adaptability to protein content as the protein content increase. According to growth of larvae and the protease adaptability to protein, it can be concluded that the appropriate protein level of diet of Z, M is 45%. 45%. 50%. 45%. 45%. 40%.2. The effect of amylum levels on growth and amylase of Eriocheir sinensis larvae. The amylum level of diet will significantly influence growth of Eriocheir sinensis larvae. The result shows that too high or too lowamylum level will both significantly influence the survival, metamorphism and weight gain (P<0. 05) . The amylase activity will become stable 12 hours later of larvae' metamorphism. The amylase activity will show obvious adaptability to amylum content as the amylum content increase. According to growth of larvae and the amylase adaptability to amylum, it can be concluded that the appropriate amylum level of diet of ZiM is 18%, 22%, 18%, 18-22%, 18%, 14-18%.3. The effect of lip id levels on growth and Iipase of Eriocheir sinensis larvae. The result shows too low lipid level will significantly influence the survival, metamorphism and weight gain (P<0. 05) , while high lipid level does not show bad influence on the survival, metamorphism and weight gain (P>0. 05) . The lipiase activity will become stable 12 hours later of larvae' metamorphism. The lipase activity will show obvious adaptability to lipid content as the lipid content increase. According to growth of larvae and the lipase adaptability to lipid, it can be concluded that the appropriate lipid level of diet of Z3M is 6%, 6%, 6%, 8%.4. The effect of glucan levels on growth and immunity function of Eriocheir sinensis larvae. The diet added glucan level will significantly promote growth and enhance the phenoloxidase, bacteriolytic and antibacterial activities of Eriocheir sinensis larvae (P<0. 05), according to growth of larvae and the immunity to glucan, it can be concluded that the appropriate glucan level of diet of Z,^M is 2. 0%, 2. 0%, 1. 5%, 1. 5% , 1. 0%, 1. 0%. And larvae immunity shows hysteresis to the stimulation of glucan, the enzyme activity of Z,, Z2 will reach the highest and the become stable 12 hours later of larvae' metamorphism., while the enzyme activity of Z3, Z4, Z5, M will reachthe highest and the become stable 8 hours later of larvae' raetamorphism. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | protein, amylum, lipid, glucan, Eriocheirsinensis, larvae, growth, digestive enzyme, immunity | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
