The theoretics of androgenesis and sex control in zebrafish (Danio rerio), which was the latest model animal, were studied. The results were shown as follows:1. Zebrafsih and its mutation leopard dapple zebrafish were self-crossed respectively, and Character Segregation of the offspring was not found. It suggested that two body dapple be homozygote all. The offspring of reciprocal crosses showed stripe body dapple which is same to zebrafish, but Character Segregation was found in offspring of reciprocal crosses Fi, the results indicated stripe I leopard dapple=3 * 1. Character Segregation were found in offspring of the cross of reciprocal crosses Fi and leopard dapple zebrafish, the results indicated stripe '. leopard dapple=l '. 1. All results show that body dapple is contorled by one gene, and leopard dapple is homozygotic recessive mutation relatived to stripe, it can be use as genetic mark of androgenesis.2. The genetic inactivation of eggs is the first key stage of androgenesis in fish. In order to observe the effect of UV irradiation for the inactivation of female nucleus of zebrafish the eggs was irradiated by UV with solution-free, pure water, Ringer's solution and Cortland solution. The results showed that abnormal fry were obtained in all groups and haploids were validated. But irradiation with solution was confirmed it cannot inactive fully female nucleus and the fertilization rates of the eggs irradiated with pure water was very low. Irradiation with Cortland solution was effective to inactive female nucleus and the dose of 120 mJ/cm2 can inactive fully. The other experimention also proved that Cortland solution can delay fertilization of eggs.Zebrafish embryonic development of normal diploid, gynoenetic haploid, androgenetic haploid and androgenetic diploid was compared. The results show: the embryonic developing speed is normal diploid>gynoenetic haploid> androgenetic haploid>androgenetic diploid. Gynoenetic haploid begin slower than normal diploid at late gastrulae stage, and androgenetic haploid and diploid begin slower than gynoentic hapoid at late blastula stage, and androgenetic diploid begin slower than androgenetichaploid at early blastula stage. The haloid embryos character as small brain, shorter body axes, weak activity, and hatching difficultly, being as same as "haploid syndrome", but androgenetic diploid embryos accord normal diploid embryos at morphologic in same stage, but show weak activity and hatching difficultly too.4. To induce androgenetic diploid clones of zebrafish, the body dapple was used as genetic marker, and heat shock was used to double genome. Applying 2 min of heat shock at 41.5 + 0.5C, two high yields of androgenetic diploid occurred at 11 min and 23 min respectively after fertilization, and the latter with 46.15% yield was better than the former. Finally, 19 androgenetic diploid clone of zebrafish was affirmed.5. The hacthing androgenetic zebrafish fry were under to hybrid at body length and weight, but it is not significance difference after a month ago. 6 zebrafsh are male and 3 are female in all 9 androgenetic zebrafish, but all of them mebey is absence reproducible capability.
