Adopt the test method of growth on sand, have studied the effect of different nutrition levels of nitrogen, Phosphorus, potassium and different matching of nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium on nutrient content ,dry weight , chlorophyll ,MDA ,Pro content in Lolium. Pereme , Thus confirmed levels of nitrogen, Phosphorus, potassium that is most suitable for the growth of Lolium. Pereme ; also to test the preliminary mechanism of drought-resistance of silicon nutrition on turfgrass. the main result of the income is as follows:1. When the nitrogen level is N4(168mg/kg) , compared with N1 , increasing the accumulating amount of material 48% , chlorophyll content 68% ,Pro content 9% ,and depressing MDA content 32% of Lolium. Pereme, But the level of nitrogen is low or higher than N4, all reduce the growth, accumulating amount , color and resistance of Lolium. Pereme. Thinking tentatively , it is N4 to be most suitable for the growth of Lolium. Pereme.2. Different phosphorus levels have significance influence on nutrient content ,dry weight , risistance of Lolium. Pereme , but does not have remarkable influence on the content of chlorophyll of Lolium. Pereme.When phosphorus level is higher than P3 increasing phosphorus level have trend to rising dry weight and Pro content ,but not significance. When phosphorus level is P4 , MDA content is lowest , compared with Pl,depressing 35% ; when the level is higher than P4 increasing amount of phosphorus not depress the content of MDA but have a trend to rise the content. Thinking tentatively , it is P4 to be most suitable for the growth of Lolium. Pereme.3. Different potassium levels have significance influence on nutrient content , accumulating amount , risistance of Lolium. Pereme , but does not have remarkable influence on the content of chlorophyll and dry weight of Lolium. Pereme.When potassium level is K3 ,K4 ,K5 ,K6 ,compard with Kl , the content of Pro separately increased 46% ,63% ,92% ,217% ,but have not differed significantly in K3 ,K4 ,K5 ; When potassium level is K4 , MDA content is lowest , compared with Kl,depressing 24% ; when the level is low or higher than P4 ,the content of MDA are higher than K4 , Thinking tentatively , it is K4 to be most suitable for the growth of Lolium. Pereme.4. Different matching of nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium significantly increased dryweight, the content of chlorophyll ,Pro , depressed the content of MDA. The treatment N2P1K1 is best ,compared with N0P0K0 , the content of chlorophyll ,Pro and dry weight separately increased 86% ,798% ,143% ,the content of MDA depressed 32% . 5. The use of silicon increased the silicon content of bermudagrass ,agrostis Lolium. Pereme , separately are 209% ,295% ,285% ; the increasing of accumulating amount separately are 209% ,295% ,285%; The use of silicon has a tread to rise dry weight of Bermudagrass ,Agrostis Lolium. Pereme ; Under the drought condition , the use of silicon suppressed the reducing of the relative water content of leaf in turfgrass , delaying the time of wither , stress for the 11th day in the drought .compared with water normally and not using silicon ,after use silicon, the RWC of Bermudagrass , Agrostis Lolium. Pereme only separately depressed 14% ,16% ,32%; Under the drought condition ,the use of silicon can increased the content of proline of Bermudagrass ,Agrostis Lolium. Pereme, stress for the 11th day in the drought and using silicon , compared with water normally and ueing silicon, the content of Pro separately increased 203% ,199% ,473% ;The using of silicon depressing the ET of Bermudagrass and Lolium. Pereme.Under water normally condition, separately depressed 21% ,8% at eleven days ;Under drought condition , separately depressed 17% ,5% . It is obvious to see using silicon can strengthen drought- resistance of Bermudagrass ,Agrostis Lolium. Pereme, It is help to economize the water resource...
