This paper mainly studied on the immunity dynamic status of the Xianhu Ducks inoculated with inactivated oil-adjuvant vaccine of Riemerella Anatipestifer(RA). 120 lday-old ducklings were randomly divided into 15 groups. The comparison groups (the 1~st to 14~th groups) were vaccinated with different immune times, different time for the first immunity and different dose, individually; the control group was not vaccinated. Acid α - naphthyl acetate asterase (ANAE) was used to tag on the lymphocyte, and the ratio of T lymphocyte to B lymphocyte in peri-blood of all groups was measured. The immunity dynamic status regulation that RA induced in the duckling body was investigated, in order to provide the viable immunity program and theories for making the duck epidemic disease in RA get sick of clinical immunity defend. The weight of the ducklings was measured every week to value the effect of the vaccine on weight-gaining. The results showed that:1. All of the ducks in 2-day old, 7-day old or 14-day old can develop certain immune response after 1 week of the first vaccination. And the lever of immune response is the lowest on the 2-day-old, 7-day-old is higher, and the 14-day-old is the highest.2. Twice immunity had better effect than single.3. It was not found significant effect of the oil-adjuvant inactivated vaccine of Riemerella Anatipestifer on weight-gaining.4. It' s feasible to detect the rate of T lymphocyte and B lymphocyte using the cytochemistry method called ANAE.
