The purpose of this research is, through the study of outer quick numerous technology about PopulusXeuramericana cv, to make this fine variety of poplar trees fast be promoted into application. The main research findings as follows:In the process of establishing PopulusXeuramericana cv aseptic raise reproduction, applied for the outer plant body, different antiseptic bodies will make great different effects. Killing germs by 70% alcohol for 10 seconds, and then using 0. %Hgcl2 liquor, the effect is the best, and none pollution rate can be 87%. The antiseptic time also has certain influence on the survival rate of the outer plant body. The antiseptic effect by 7, 8, 9, 10 min is better, and 8 min effect is best.In the experiment of tube-leading buds germination , the hormone consistency and kinds match influence the result much. The treatment withMS+ 6-BAO.5 mg/L +NAA0. 05 mg/L is optimum for buds germination. In addition, cultivate temperature influence to the tube seeding dividing certainly .At 26°C, it can lead to the best result . The amount of buds differs according to the different parts . The amount of buds on the upper parts is the largest and the middle parts is the secondary. Solidifying substance has much effect on the tube seedling dividing and when 7g/L solidifying substance is used, the seedling dividing rate is the highest.In this research, 1/2MS+IBA0.3 mg/L and 1/2MS+NAA0.5 mg/L are all the ideal culture medium combinations. And the rooted rate is 100% with everage 7.2 or 6.8 roots on each stalk. The suitable suger consistency is 15-30g/L for 895 poplar to root. 30g/L and 25g/L are more suitable than others with the rooted rate 100% and 98.3%.Through the study of cultivate technology of the Populus X euramericana cv tube-seedlings, we have found that the environment has a great influence on the survival rate of tube-seedling. The optimum condition is illumination. 7000Lux, 8000Lux, relative humidity 90-100%, vermiculite as the matrices. The roots propagate has certain influence on the survival rate, while the method of plantation has less influence on the survival rate.In the process of transplanting the domesticating seeding, the condition of transplanting affects the survival rate. On the condition of planting the tube seedling in the nourish bowl, shading the light 50%, the survival rate of transplanting is the highest, which is 98.3% and the average height in 30d is 12.6cm.
