The North of China is one of the most important food production area. But the water resource is less than the average of China. So, it is an urgent problem to produce much food with limited water resource. However, water Product Function is the model that describe the relationship between yield and crop water evapotranspiration, also, it is the most important headline of deficient irrigation.According to the information of irrigation experiments in some areas of North China, the study got the parameters of five models, i.e., Jensen, Minhas, Blank, Stewart and Singh by using regression method. The material contains several years' winter wheat (which are from Xihaohe, Futuohe, Xiaofan, Limin in Shanxi Province nearly ten years, Yinhuangzhongyi and Shuimo in Henan Province nearly thirty years, Linxi and Wangdu in Hebei Province nearly seven years) and several years' summer corn (which are from Xiaohe, Limin, Shenxi, Yangwuhe in Shanxi Province nearly ten years, Yinhuangzhongyi in Henan Province nearly twenty years and Gaocheng, Wangdu and Center Irrigation Ground in Hebei Province nearly five years).Then, it took the index of F and r analyze the precision of all these models. The results show that the proper model for winter wheat of Xiaohe, Futuohe, and Xiaofan in Shanxi, Shuimo in Henan, linxi in Hebei is Jensen, limin in Shanxi is Blank, Yinghuangzhongyi in Henan and Wangdu in Hebei is Minhas. The right model for summer corn of Limin, Shenxi in Shanxi and Yinhuangzhogyi in Henan is Minhas, Xiaohe in Shanxi and Shijiazhuang in Hebei is Stewart, Gaocheng and Wangdu in Hebei is Singh.
