Progeny test of 95 clones were done from the year 2003 to 2004,according to General Combining Ability,filtering surperior clones,at the same time,analysising the genetic structure and genotype of seed orchard of Pinus tabulaeformis carr by RAPD markers.The results showed that, 95 clones among them were obviously different in the growth increments seedling height and collar diameter, 11 random primers produced 95 loci in total, 77 of which were polymorphic loci,the percentage was 81.05%,largely contrast were in Nei's gene diversity and Shannon's information index of every prime, genetic identity changed betweent 0.3474 to 0.8632,genetic wariance did not equally distributing in genome,all of this more proved that abundance genetic variance existed in seed orchard of Pinus tabulaeformis carr. Integrated RAPD marker and progeny test , No.25,No.53,No.59 and else 15 clones which had higher General Combining Ability ,were excellent grade in ordipntion method analysis and can be clustered together at UPGMA,were choiceness genotype clones,35 clones were better clone,39 clones were middle grade clone and clones No. 143,No.9,No.135,No.112,No.11,No.145 were eliminate through selection. These four kinds clones were genetic structure of Pinus tabulaeformis carr and they expressed clear difference, S499-06 and S3-07 which were correlation with seedling height and collar diameter. The band was the more lighter and wider,the grand of clone was more highter. The light and wide of band were the basis of assistant selection at DNA.
