In this paper, SYQ-I aluminium phosphide using appliance was confected on the basis of the physical and chemical characteristics as well as the actual complexion and request of port fumigating application. The test pieces was selected by state standard, and cassava pieces, hubs, foodstuff and multifarious vegetables was selected as disposal objects, and maize curculio as test insect. The test content included the exploitation and confect of phosphine using appliance, test indoors, small section test outdoors, application effect test. The results was as follows:l.the develop of SYQ-I aluminium phosphide application instrument: according to the designing project and mechanism in order to determine the piston diameter, the height of sieve layer and outer shuck diameter, middle diameter 160mm inner shuck diameter 80mm, side face was equably distributed with holes whose diameter were 5mm , the height of sieve layer is 40mm; outer diameter 200mm, upper part was also distributed with holes whose diameter were 5mm, the height is 280mm; the volume of sopping barrel whose diameter is the same as outer shuck the height is 42mm; ventilator gauge 80*80*25mm, wind cover diameter 110mm, vent was on top; storage battery TOYO brand OP12-7;the timer chooses HL-5G time switch; other accesary materials choose antiburning material as absorbing materials, anti-rusty stainless steel was selected to connect solid pieces. According to the results of computed data to compile the introduction, and put forward the design requirement,designing accesaries figure and total fixed figure.to determine process technics and flow, to produce SYQ-I aluminium phosphide application instrument, to compile the introduction for using it.2.The effect of experiment indicates that the velocity of releasing PH3 of instrument delivering way(A) is more faster than that of traditional way(B) in the same indication with the application of 15g/m3. The average concentration of PH3 is 219.85ml/m3 and 101.54ml/m3 separately in the 36h so the difference is obvious. And the method of (A) can maitain more time of killing insects than that of (B).There is obvious difference in the decompose between (A)and (B)and the average velocity of (A) is 97.46% and(B) is 41.25% in 36h.The difference of gas concentration is obvious between (A) and(B) in different time.The average gas concentration of aluminium phosphide is 238.17 ml/m3and 110 ml/m3 separately in different time. The average rate of consumeing waterof method (A) is 36.42% and is easy to devise. The velocity of decomposeing aluminium phosphide and the residue after decomposed show that the cubage of instrument is up to the mustard and the security is better.3.the result of fumigating experiments in outdoors tent indicates: all the doses are 15g/m3 under the same conditional )method A: control effect is 100% after 24h, meanwhile method B is 95%, not been killed totally, so method A is better than method B; but they have the same control eflfect after 36h and 48h. (2) fumigation 48h, method A: the average concentration of PH3 is 501.46ml/m3, meanwhile method B is 241.88 ml/m3, fumigation 48h, method A: the average concentration of PH3 is 460. 47ml/m3, meanwhile method B is 284.53 ml/m3; the average PH3 concentration of two applying methods in 36h and 48h get the greatly notable otherness by checkout. (3)method A: the time of initial decompose of PH3 is shorter, it only takes 6h, method B takes 24h, the effect of application instrument in this experiment is 39.38%, it can accelerate deconmose of PH3; application instrument can work safely under successive 7h, 40℃ high temperature and high PH3 concentration above 500ml/m3 condition, further study indicates that aluminium phosahide application instrument fits the designing requirements.(5) PH3 can do some harm to growing plants, different plants show different harm degree.4. The actual locale use of aluminium phosphide nebulizer shows that, when use three different concentration aluminium phosphide at 10 6 3g/m3 to fumigate the vegetable for 48h,and the average temperature is 26.5℃,the Rh is 96 % ,the death rate of test Pest is 100%,when the concentration is 15g/m3 ,the effect of A method in a short time is better, and use A method to fumigate the cassava pieces and hubs, ,the death rate is 100%,while use B method ,the death rete is 87.5%,but when fumigate for 48h 72h, the death rete is 100%. When use the aluminium phosphide nebulizer under the high temperature high RH . high concentration conditions to fumigate the cargo that contain high moisture for a long time,there is no spontaneous explosion,this shows that the design of nebulizer reasonable and the safety is good when use the nebulizer method ,the initiatory reaction is fast and is different with the traditional method;this method can perish the pest in the vegetables and has little influence to the quality of the vegetable,so this method is feasible.
