wheat-Cotton intercropping has a history of several hundred years in ourcountry, but it's development is quite slowly. Now, wheat-cotton intercroppinghas becoming a main system of cotton field capture and reap a bumper harvestof grain and cotton, improving the economic benefits in the cotton field andpromoting the grain and cotton to produce. Now, regional research report moreabout the ecological factor changes and impact on cotton shoot growth duringthe synchtonous, but the report about biological activity in wheat-cottoninterplanting is less. This test has set up three fertilizer treatments, and it carryon systematic research about soil enzyme activation, soil microorganismdistrict department, crop nutrient content and ecological factor changes duringwheat-cotton synchtonous in cotton-wheat intercropping system. The mainresult showed as follows:1 Under high fertilize treatment, the wheat balanced compensationbenefit is heavy, and can remedy the loss yield. On the contrary, the balancedcompensation benefit is small , and it is difficult to compensate the loss output.2 On the same fertilizer condition, the cotton output of cotton-wheatintercropping system is lower than monoculture cotton. Under experimentalcondition the cotton output in high fertilizer treatment is lower than middlefertilizer treatment.It proves that cotton-wheat intercropping under highfertilizer the crop output and nutrient utilization efficiency is negativelycorrelative.3 The soil warm, temperature and crop layers temperature changeappeared the same rule. In the cotton-wheat intercropping system, theaccumulation of temperature and daily average temperature are low, thatcaused poor seedling and delay of cotton growth. According to applyingfertilizer treatment, the growth of the cotton shoot of fertilizer exerts atremendous influence, the growth index of high fertilizer treatment is higherthan low fertilizer treatment.4 Soil urease activation and phosphatase activation are remarkable...
