Though the amount of colored rice only take up a small proportion of ripe resource, it arose an extensive attention all over the world, due to its characteristics which include special nutrition, health care and artificial utilization. Farm experiments were conducted to study the effects of entironment factors on configuration, microstructure and anthocyanin accumulation of four colored rice, which has a significant meaning in illuminating the growth mechanism of colored rice. The main results are shown as following:(1) When filling grain, Fresh and dry weight of caryopsis of colored rice showed an increasing curve in the shape of S. The respiratory rates and catalase activity show a peak spiratory rates and a peak of catalase activity. The soluble sugar has a high standard after flowering early days, and its content would descend gradually with the development of endosperm cells. These change tendency are almost the same as those of contrast.(2) Anthocyanin to the colored rice gathers at the mesocarp of endosperm cells. Dorsal vascular bundle of colored caryopsis pericarp was the first part to appear anthocyanin, 6-7 days after flowering. Gradually anthocyanin proliferated to the caryopsis pericarp, yet could't be found in the endosperm.(3) Aleurone layer of colored rice is thicker than the general rice'. Compared with the late-maturing colored grain of japonica, the early-maturing colored grain developed faster in terms of the transformation of the outer layer endosperm cells to aleurone layer cells in the small grain.(4) In the endosperm cell, the enrich status of amyloid of its back part and central part is better than that of belly part.(5) Shading inhibited the accumulation of anthocyanin, and this impact was more obvious at the early developmental caryopsis..(6) Blue light played a positive role in the synthesization of anthocyanin.(7) High temperature was unfavorable to accumulate anthocyanin.(8) Compared with the general rice, the roughness ratio of colored rice were much lower.
