The development of Precision agriculture has become a important guideline of modernization agriculture.The prevention and cure of the plant disease and insect pests are important part of agriculture production .It is the only way of developing modern agriculture to strength the research and produce of agriculture spray machine.There are only two ways to improve the level of agriculture establishment .The first one is to import machine from other country .It is certainly a feasible way . Because the way can reduce the fundmation and fasten the step of the agriculture moderlization .But it is only a temporal way .China could not depent on importing technic from other country for ever .The product of other country is aim at the circumstance of other country .Such as the transplant rice seeding machine of Japan and the great campo agriculture spray machine of Australian .The machine dose not suit Chinese agriculture circumstance.The other way to research and design agriculture machine ourself.Though it is faster import technic from other country than research ourself and have a long period high cost,but we will have proper right .So it is a ultimate way to improve our morden agriculture level from researching our own agriculture machine. The plan has put forward a agriculture more sprayer system which can be used to the prevision and cure of plant disease and insect pests,leave fertilization ,economy irrigation .The system can adjust the diameter of fogdrop and flux of pesticide of each sprayer depend on the way crop is growing and other information .This can be used to avoide the water waster ,reduce the circumstance pollution .This article is a part of the plan has mostly solve the problem of pressure invariableness of pestcide liquid in the pesticide liquid pole .and the problem of sprayer wheel speed invariablenes and the design of speed contra of sigle chip system . This article design a close loop adjust system .Gain a pass function of the whole loop adjust system and analyse stability with hullwitz criterion. Point out that the system will have a siutable dajust speed scope only though to use close loop adjust system. The system has solved the problem efectively of liquid flux and turning speed of sprayer disturbing each other . The change of liquid pressure in the liquid pole will disturb the control to liquid flux .So this article design a sensor in the liquid pole .The pressure in the liquid pole will keep invariablene depend on the digit of the sensor .And analyse the performace of the sensor . The single chip adjust the speed of sprayer though send the pulse to PWM depend on fogdrop grade sended by image processing system .This article give a particular design of soft ware and hard ware . The idea put forward by this article other than the other agriculture machine .It pay attention to the fonction of environment protection .And give a idea of combining this system and larg green house ,and give a development direction of agriculture machine. Sum up the all .The article give a particular software and hardware design.Solve some theory problem which will encounter in the design .Offer a stability base for the product exploitation .
