Aegliops tauschii is one of the parents of common wheat, which gave to D genome. In Aegliops tauschii, there are several excellent genes that can be used to improve the trait of common wheat. Nowadays, Aegliops tauschii has been widely used in resistance improvement of wheat. However, the use of Aegliops tauschii in improvement of wheat yield trait has not been reported. In this study, T.durum-Ae.Squarrosa amphidiploids was crossed with common wheat PH85-16, then backcrossed with PH85-16. The variation characteristic of the main yield traits of BC1F1 and BC1F2 were analyzed. Then, QTLs affecting yield traits were detected by 130 SSR primer pairs of D genome in BC1F1 and BC1F2.The result showed chromosomes in D genome from Aegliops tauschii affected yield trait of wheat significantly. The results are as follows: 1. Through investigation and analysis of the main yield trait, the result showed Aegliops tauschii could improve common wheat significantly. Meanwhile, some valuable varies were found in field such as big spike, big grain, short culm. 2. Using interval mapping, four main-effect QTLs affecting yield traits in BC1F1 were detected, which were QSl.sdau-5D associated spike length, QPh.sdau-1D associated plant height, QGs.sdau-5D associated grain number/spike and QTgw.sdau-3D associated thousand grain weight. Meanwhile, three pairs of interacting QTLs were detected. In which, one pair was associated spike length while others were associated spike number/plant. 3. Using one marker analysis, 23 main-effect QTLs affecting yield traits in BC1F2 were detected, which were QPh.sdau-2D,QPh.sdau-6D associated plant height, QSn.sdau-2D,QSn.sdau-4 and QSn.sdau-5D associated spike number/plant, QSl.sdau-2D and QSl.sdau-5D associated spike length,...
