The landscape plant is referred to the plant that is suitable for the garden , green land and scenic spot in the city. They have important function of improving environments , protecting the environment and beautifying the environment. However, their popularization and cultivation are often limited by low temperature, so, study on the cold resistance of landscape plant is of great significance.Think to the quantitative analysis method of fatty acids, we approached that the myristic acid (C14:0) is not determined, the palmitic acid (C16:0), palmitoleic acid (C16:l), stertic acid (C18:0), oleic acid (C18:l), linoleic acid (C18:2) and eleosetearic acid (C18:3) are determined. All the linear of the relative response factor of various fatty acids are over 0.99, the relative standard deviations are less than 5.0%, the recovery rates are range of 88.65%-107.40%. These are demanded of micro-component quantitative analysis.In view of examine results of fatty acids in landscape plants with quantitative analysis, we approached that the fatty acids component part of all landscape plants mainly has palmitic acid, palmitoleic acid, stertic acid, oleic acid, linoleic acidand eleosetearic acid. Among them, there are more palmitic acid, linoleic acid and eleosetearic acid. The fatty acid component part in different landscape plants is the same, but its content has differences.The fatty acid component part in the landscape plants grows at the same time and the process is a periodic change. The low temperature is favorable to increasing the content of total fatty acids, the degree of unsaturation, the ratio of the content of unsaturated fatty acids to saturated ones, the value of IUFA. Further through carrying on time curve, we approached that in one year, the degree of unsaturation, the ratio of the content of unsaturated fatty acids to saturated ones, the value of IUFA, most of the seasonal variation of content of different fatty acid and total fatty acids come with the function 3 times (Cubic: y=b0+b1x+b2X2+b3X3) . While carrying on variance analysis, the degree of unsaturation, the ratio of the content of unsaturated fatty acids to saturated ones, the value of IUFA have no remarkable difference, most of the difference between the content of total fatty acids is remarkable.The content of unsaturated fatty acids, the undegree of unsaturation, the ratio of the...
