Study On The Resistant Aphis Gossypii Golver Of Transgenic Cotton Expressing Two Kinds Of Insect Resistant Genes

Along with emerging of resistance of cotton insect to insecticide and aggravating of the kind of resistance increasingly. the transgenic insect resistant cotton has been paid the more attention to for people., The transgenic cotton expressing two kinds of insect resistant genes varieties not only resist the cotton aphid, but also delay emerging of the resistance of the insect to the transforming Bt genes insect resistant cotton. In this thesis, the experiment had been engaged in respectively in the different upland cotton and the different color cotton introduced two kinds 0f insect resistant genes : (1) The field identification: The cotton aphid damage indexes were identified by methods in the field and the greenhouse. The high insect resistant cotton variety, insect resistant cotton variety, and the middle insect resistant cotton variety had been obtained. (2) Biology identification: The weight of the cotton aphid were weighed, honeydew excretion of the cotton aphid were count. Honeydew excretion frequency of the cotton aphid were got. The different insect resistant cotton.variety had been obtained. (3) The shape identification: The hair length and density of the transgenic insect resistant cotton back leaf were determined, The different insect resistant cotton.variety had been obtained. (4)The insect ecology identification: The resistance of the transgenic insect resistant cotton to the cotton aphid were identified firstly, appling the innate capacity of increase(rm),the average whole generation time (T) of the life table, and the trend indexes of population(I) by indoor feeding and the chest covered in the field. The different insect resistant cotton.variety had been obtained. Several kinds of identification result are consistent basically.
