China is one of Pyrus genus provenances , Chinese pear plays an important role in fruit production. Because the limitation of fruit biology character, it develops slowly in molecule. Constructing molecule genetic map of pear using AFLP technique will be more meaningful to Pyrus genus. In this paper, the first Zaomeisu and Bayuehong molecule genetic map was groped for to construct for the early selection in the breeding program. The map population was constructed using Zaomeisu(Xinshiji×Zaosu)× Bayuehong (Zaoba X Zaosu) hybrid population. The parents have distinct difference in color , it could be detected polymorphism locus. The result of experiment indicated that the population fitted to construct genetic map.The research obtained 302 AFLP markers using 7 (Mse I /EcoR I )primer pairs, with an average 43 markers. Amount to acquired 167 polymorphism markers locus ,of which 52.7% was 3: 1 in segregation, and 44.3% was 1: 1 in segregation, 3.6% appeared to be non-parental heteroduplex, and 33% was distorted. Finally, genetic linkage maps have been constructed using "double pseudotest- cross" strategy with AFLP marker and linking Mapmaker (3. 0) software. Bayuehong pear constructed 9 linkage groups, and the integrated map is 188.6 cM in length, with an average locus interval of 6.7 cM. The densest linkage group has 6 markers. There are 3 linkage map of Zaomeisu pear, which is 96.5 cM in total length, and the average locus interval is 10.7 cM, the biggest locus interval is 36.9 cM, the smallest is 3.4 cM. Using 3: 1 in segregation constructed 7 linkage groups, it covers 218cM of Pyrus genus gene in length, with an average locus interval of 8.7 cM. The biggest locus interval is 25.6 cM, the smallest is 5.2 cM.
