Moisture content of grain is an important factor that affects grain quality, italso is an important quality criterion which the food department controls strictly.Along with the development of science and the improving of people's livingstandard, moisture measure of grain causes to high regard in buying, production,processing, storing, transport and consuming etc, measuring moisture content ofgrain has become the legal measuring parameter in research and production. So ithas great significance for us to measure moisture content of grain, to resolve theproblems of measuring moisture content of grain and keep its well quality andedible quality applying science and technique and adopting accurate method.Regarded intelligent measure system for grain moisture measure as theresearch object, based on a lot of experiments, established a new formula fornon-linearity emendation, did some contrast and analysis with emendation methodof BP nerve network, then increased the measure accuracy. Main research workand methods are as follows:1.Introduce intelligent measure system for grain moisture. It includescapacitance moisture sensor, measure circuit, RS485 communication module,DS18B20 digital temperature sensor and virtual instruments software Lab VIEW.Improve the head of moisture sensor, adopt the structure of furcation and singlepiece. Moisture sensor were whole shield with the external world, raise the testaccuracy. Develop work software using virtual instruments software Lab VIEW,this realized digital display and completed collecting, show and saving of a greatdeal of experiment data. 2.Temperature is the major factor that affects the accuracy of measuringmoisture. So it is necessary to do temperature compensation and non-linearityemendation. According to the moisture measure theory and concrete operationprocedures in the GB/T3543.6-1995《crop seed inspection rules》, the experiment ofmoisture measure was carried on, and then established formula for non-linearityemendation. Did non-linearity emendation with the BP nerve network and formulamethod respectively, compared them in emendation effect, found out merit andshortcoming of them. The moisture curves of the BP nerve network existencejumps obviously, the moisture curves of formula method do not jump on the whole.The formula method correct better when the moisture value is between 10%~18.5%, the BP nerve network correct better when the moisture value is higher than18.5%. 3.During the course of data processing in microcomputer, operation problemsof decimal fraction are often met. When the range of data is great and requiringhigh precision, it is usually adopted floating-point numbers. Introduced the processof realizing the formula for non-linearity emendation used assemble languagefloating-point numbers operation. Such as floating-point numbers regularizationsubprogram, floating-point numbers arithmetic subprogram, and sinusoidsubprogram etc. Did curve fitting using least squares method, and then raise themeasure veracity. Display the temperature value and moisture value through theLCM103.
