In recent year,there are many referrences report that Endophytic fungus can effect the synthesis of secondary metabolins in plant;Elicitors were added to the medium which was proved to be an effective method while producing plant secondary metabolins by using plant cells cultivation.This experiment isolated endophytic fungus from catharanthus roseus's stem,studied the relation between endophytic fungus and elicitors and catharanthus roseus,the effects on the alkaloids synthesis through using endophytic fungus and elicitors to induce catharanthus roseus suspension cells.The results as following:1.Eleven Endophytic fungus were isolated from catharanthus roseus's stem, they were all belonged to Fusarium genus.There is no alkaloid in the medium and their mycelial extract.2.The eleven Endophytic fungus and their elicitors can effect the alkaloids production in catharanthus roseus suspension cells in different degree.The ninth endophytic fungi's effect was found to be the best,and its elicitor was better than cocultivation.The optimal concentration was 1 μ g/mL,while the alkaloids yield was 1.5 folds of the control,reaching to 768.35μg/gFW.3. The activity of PAL and TDC was promoted, the alkaloids yield was increased after catharanthus roseus and its elicitor added to the suspension cells. The total content of soluble protein increased in suspension cells. The cell status changed, alka-linization of medium and fluctuation of the activity of redox enzymes with a sequence. The content of MDA increased at the same time.The results suggest that alkaloids metabolism relates to cell status,the change of cell status change the cell metabolism,the alkaloids metabolism increased.4.Endophytic fungi elicitor coorperated with tryptophan,then the activity of PAL and TDC was increased,which were the key enzyme during alkaloids synthesis,the alkaloids yield was 1.6 folds of the control and 1.2 folds of the induction,reaching to 843.90μg /gFW.5.The elicitor was added to the medium after treated with Sodium...
