This research selects 3 pieces of high-quality millet at present in Shanxi for use, probe into the effect on quality of the millet different ecological environments and different culture control measures condition , the result shows:It shows to layout the test in different ecological places, in JinNan area,ChangZhi, XiangYuan, Qin county of millet quality is superior to TaiGu , XiYang , YuShe of JinZhong . Content of millet amylose is highest in ChangZhi; millet protein , starch, lysine content in ChangZhi, XiangYuan and millet fat content of Qin County obviously higher than other places, content of protein ,fat .lysine of millet in HeShun;and content of millet amylose and starch in Taigu , are lower than other areas . Besides protein of the millet, different places of the effort of the quality are greater than the effort of the variety to the quality of the millet.As the millet sowing date delaying, has the tendency of reduce the accumulating amount of nitrogen and soluble sugar of accumulated in the plant before heading date, remobilization the nitrogen and soluble sugar to reduce correspondingly as sowing date are delayed after the millet of heading;influence the quality of grain , the content of protein of the millet with sowing date delaying have the tendency to rise, content of the starch and lysine have downward trends at the same time.Shade of heading date, make millet of dry matter per day and material distribulation percentage reduce ,the material of the grain , the seed-setting and grain weight seriously reduced, 1000-grain weight significantly reduces, the millet yield drops in a large margin . Under low light, the protein of the millet and content of fat increase extremely notably, the starch, lysine and content of amylose are reduced notably, content of millet protein and fat with light correlation reach —0.8603 ,—0.7913, content of millet starch , amylose and lysine with light correlation value are 0.6885,0.7791,0.7577.,It shows that the fertilizer makes the test up , in N P K three key element, the phosphorus fertilizer is the key factor of limiting the output of barren soil; N, P, K cooperate or use high quality organic fertilizer that it can improve effectively yield of millet and the quality of millets. Topdressing tine of N fertilizer after heading date,favorable to keep the higher photothetic rate of millet in heading date, can increase after anthesis photosynthesis matter transport and starch of millets grain accumulate , increase the yield of the millet notably, increase yield 13. 57% (base topdressing tine the proportion is 1:1), can improve content of millet grain, protein ,fat and starch notably , with topdressing tine nitrogen increasing, the content of the millet amylose and lysine has the tendency to reduce.
