In this paper, a population constructed from a cross between Jinhan125 .( ♀) and Xiye ×501 (♂) is 73-l(sharp leave and white flower),73-2(round leave and purple flower), 73-3(round leave and white flower), 73-4( sharp leave and purple flower).Five kinds of physiological indexes related to drought resistance in seeding stage and flowering-poding stage were studied in both normal and drought conditions. Field experimnent was also made. Different drought-resistance of six soybean varieties was comprehensively evaluated by D value. In addition, genetic differentiation of Jinhanl25 X (Xiye X 501) colony was analysied in field experimnent. The main results are summarized as follows:In flowering-poding stage, different indexes-relative water content (DWC) of leaves, free proline content, relative conductivity, net photosynthesis velocity, chlorophyll content , leaf acreage, the peroxidase (POD), the superoxide dismutase(SOD) and the catalase(CAT) were measured to comprehensively evaluate drought-resistance by D value. It showed that the order of drought-resistance is: sharp leave and white flower > round leave and purple flower > round leave and white flower > Xiye × 501 > Jinhanl25 > sharp leave and purple flower.The experiment analyzed electrophoresis of SOD, POD, esteryme. The results showed that SOD enzyme spectrum between parents and offspring was same, but POD and esteryme enzyme spectrum was positively significant. POD and esteryme enzyme spectrum were made clustering analysis with DPS software and clustering figures could distinctly differentiate between parents and offspring. Six soybean varieties were classified two groups according to genetic distance: offspring were close to Jinhanl25.Results of quality evaluatation and SDS-PAGE electrophoresis provided reference with soybean breeding of drought-resistance, high protein and high oil.
