The experiment studied the effect of some kinds of self-made plant growth regulator on development and quality of fruit in field grape and jujube. The result showed that as followed. 1. Dipping fruit at 20d and 35d after full blossom, the effect of treatment F (10mg/LCPPU) on fruit length, diameter and weight of 'Jingxiu 'grape during the different stages of berry development was different, but it promoted fruit length, diameter and weight in the end. The results of dipping fruit with other growth regulators such as R1, R2, R4, R5 were different in the different stages of berry development. In the end R4, R5 all promoted fruit length, diameter and weight, but results of treatment R1, R2 were opposite and the effect wasn't significant. As to Fujiminori grape, treatment R1, R2, R3 and R4 could promote fruit length, diameter and weight, and effect of treatment R1, R4 was significant. The effect of treatments (exclude R2) to fruit diameter was more than fruit length, which made the ratio of length to diameter small and made fruit rounder. Treatments promoted the number of cluster and fruit mature. 2. Spraying at full blossom and 15d after full blossom, effects of R4 and R3 treatments on 'Lizao 'pear fruit diameter, length and weigh development weren't the same in the different stages. But in the end they all very significantly promoted fruit development. Treatment F1 (10mg/LCPPU) also significantly promoted 'Llizao 'fruit development. And treatments R1, R4, R5 also promoted fruit development on 'Qiyuexian', 'Dongzao'and 'Jinchangyihao'. The effect of all treatments exclude R1 and F1 to diameter was more than length, which made the ratio of length to diameter small and made fruit rounder. 3. All treatments promoted fruit mature and improved fruit interior quality on the different degree on grape. All treatments exclude F1, R2 to Jingxiu and R4 to Fujiminori made fruit soluble sugar content bigger and all treatments decreased fruit titrable acid content, which made the ratio of sugar content to acid content bigger. All treatments exclude R1 to Jingxiu and R4 to Fujiminori decreased soluble solid content, but the effect wasn't significant. All treatments exclude F, R5 to Jingxiu and R4 to Fujiminori decreased vitamin c content and the effect wasn't significant. 4. All treatments improved fruit interior quality on the different degree on jujube. All treatments increased fruit soluble solid content. All treatments exclude F1 and R1 increased vitamin c content. Treatments increased Lizao fruit soluble sugar content, but the others made it small, which wasn't significant.
