Different amounts of plant hormmones (IAA, 6 - BA, ABA) were treated to the blade of Dioscorea zingiberensis in this experiment. The leaf area coefficient (LAI), blade chlorophyll content, PSII Fv/Fo and PSII Fv/Fm were determined. And the output of the underground rhizome, the content of water and the content of Dioscorea of Dioscorea zingiberensis were analyzed in this paper. The result shows : (l)Spraying IAA and 6-BA on the leaves increased the LAI of Dioscorea zingiberensis to a certain extent.Among them IAA in 40 mg.L~-1 was the most obvious,improving averagly by 27.6% compred with contrast,while 6-BA in 30 mg.L~-1 was the most obvious,improving averagly by 24%.On the other hand,spraying ABA reduced the LAI,among which the treatment of 15 mg.L'was the most obvious,reducing 5.54% compared with contrast.(2)Using three kinds of hormone to Dioscorea zingiberensis to study the influence on the content of chlorophyll,the results indicated that the treatment of IAA in 60 mg.L' had the most remarkable effect,the contents of chl b and carotenoid improving by 4.72% and 1.85 respectively compared with contrast.After three different densities of 6-BA were used to Dioscorea zingiberensis ,the contents of chl were all higher than contrast,especially the treatments of 10 mg.L~-1 and 50 mg.L~-1 had more remarkable influence to the content of chl. The contents of chl a b of the former were respectively 17.68% and 15.42% higher than the contrast of the same period.The content of chl of the leaves treated with ABA had an obvious downward trend compared with contrast,especially the treatment of 15 mg.L~-1 had the greatest influence on the content of chl,in which the content of chl a b were 92.4% and 90.2%of the contrast respectively.(3)Spraying IAA on the leaves,the treatment of 60 mg.L~-1 had the greatest influence on Fv/Fo of Dioscorea zingiberensis ,rising overall first,and then reducing all the way.The Fv/Fo measured in the fourth time reduced by 26.7% compared with contrast of the corresponding period.
