Choice one hundred and eighty one-day-old caged AA broilers and dividing into six groups evenly to investigate the effects of different concentration of phosphorus and chlorine in dietary feed, separate injection 1.5mg/kg sodium nitroprusside and 15mg/kg Nw-nitro-L-arginine-methyl ester to the heart of the 15-day and 25-day test-broiters. That is the incidence of tibial dyschondryplasia, blood biochemistry index and gas. the blood cations and anions(natrium, kallum, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus and chlorine ), the blood nitric oxide, the content of vascular endothelial growth factor and the nitric oxide synthetase active and endothelium and prostaglandin I2 effects.The experiment shows: sodium nitroprusside and Nw-nitro-L-arginine-methyl ester have influenced unevidence incidence of 15-day test- brokers' tibial dyschondryplasia . but to the 25-day test-chickens Nw-nitro-L-arginine-methyl ester reduces the incidence of tibial dyschondryplasia . The dietary of chlorine and phosphorus increases the different incidence of tibial dyschondryplasia . At the same time with the growing of broilers the incidence rate of tibial dyschondryplasia is reducing. Tibial dyschondryplasia broiters vegetal becomes thicker. Sodium nitroprusside increases the blood nitric oxide and Nw-nitro-L-arginine-methyl ester reduces it. The rate of broiters' tibial dyschondryplasia higher the concentration of blood plasma nitric oxide lower. The active nitric oxide synthetase has reduced. The content of tibial dyschondryplasia broiters' blood plasma vascular endothelial growth factor has influenced unevidence. The content of tibial dyschondryplasia broiters' blood plasma endothelium and prostaglandin I2 chang very complex, may have relative with effection of nitric oxide , vascular endothelial growth factor etc.. And the two have relative with blood vessel endodermise's exudation. SNP and Nw-nitro-L-arginine-methyl ester have unevidence incidence of blood biochemistry'hypertension (pH), the different concentration of chlorine and phosphorus can make the level of pH, HCO3- and BE reduce. And with the growing of broiters , thereducing of the three index becomes smaller and smaller.The results as fellows : Nw-nitro-L-arginine-methyl ester can increase tibial dyschondryplasia . And after tibial dyschondryplasia , the content of blood plasma nitric oxide reduces also the nitric oxide synthetase'activity. Sodium nitroprusside and Nw-nitro-L-arginine-methyl ester have unevidence incidence of blood gas. But the acid dietary feed can increase the rate of tibial dyschondryplasia , reducing the level of blood'pH, HCO3" and BE, can reduce the content blood plasma nitric oxide . Maybe it is an efficient amse for tibial dyschondryplasia that reducing the content blood plasma nitric oxide . The content of blood plasma vascular endothelial growth factor , Endothelium and Prostaglandin I2 chang different from changing of blood plasma nitric oxide and tibial dyschondryplasia. May be after tibial dyschondryplasia .The content of vascular endothelial growth factor ,endothelium and prostaglandin^'changing have unimmediateness relation with incidence of tibial dyschondryplasia . It comes into unexistence that the forming obstacle of vessel increases the incidence of tibial dyschondryplasia.
