| In Heilongjiang Province it offen causes the soybean injury by Acetochlor, so the main purpose of this paper is about to exploring to apply Com-cat, Oligosaccharides and Com-cat, Enzyme and Com-cat to curing the soybean injury, estimate the efficacy of curing soybean injury, diminish the loss of injuried-soybean yield, and guide the production and practice in the following. The paper consists of pot trial and field trial, we appraise the efficacy of curing soybean injury by height, leaf area, chlorophyll contents, root vigor, GSH contents, GST activity, SOD activity and the yield of soybean.The pot trial results indicated that:1 , When the dosage of Com-cat is 0.102 g a.i./hm2, 10 days after applying Com-cat, it can increase the chlorophyll contents, GSH contents, root vigor, and improves GST activity, SOD activity; The height and leaf area of soybean are equal to CK treatment after 20 days, the soybean injury had already cured.2, When the combination of Oligosaccharides(12 g a.i./hm2) and Com-cat(0.0612 g a.i./hm2) is 10 days after applying them, it can improve GSH contents, root vigor, and SOD activity, especially, the chlorophyll contents is the most remarkable, and was increased 9.5% than uncuried treatment; The height of soybean is equal to CK treatment, the leaf area is lower than CK treatment 20 days after applying them.3, When Enzyme and Com-cat are mixed, the dosage of Com-cat 0.0612 g a.i./hm2 is certain, the chlorophyll contents were increased with the dosage of Enzyme rising 10 days after applying the mixture. The height and leaf area of Enzyme 2250 ml/ hm2 are equal to CK treatment after 20 days. It showed that the mixed dosage is better for curing the soybean injury.4, The efficacy of curing soybean injury was declined with the increasing dosage of Acetochlor. The soybean injury was lighter in Acetochlor 2700 g a.i./hm2, the soybean plants came back well by themselves, the height and leaf area were close between Acetochlor treatment and CK treatment. When the dosage of Acetochlor is 4050 g a.i./hm2, the height and leaf area of all curing treatments were lower than that of CK treatment, the best efficacy is the combination of Oligosaccharides(12 g a.i./hm2) and Com-cat(0.0612 g a.i./hm2). The injuried soybean plants cann't come to grow regularly by themselves in Acetochlor 4050 g a.i./hm2, but they can be cured by applying antidotes. Com-cat(0.102g a.i./hm ) is better than other two treatments.The field trial results indicated that:1, When Com-cat 0.102 g a.i./hm2 was applied once, the soybean yield was increased slightly than Acetochlor treatment about 3.8% in different time; However, the increased yield was reached to 15.6% when Com-cat was applied once in soybean injury early and applied again after 10 days.2, The combination of Oligosaccharides and Com-cat and the combination of Enzyme and Com-cat, the best applied method is to apply once 10 days after the symptom of soybean injury occurring, can differently increase the yield than Acetochlor treatment at 15.9%, 13.7%. Furthermore, the soybean yield of applying twice is equal to that of applying once in 10 day. |
