The main bear character of high oil and high starch in contrast with common hybrid maize were analyzed and studied in the experiment. The result showed that the yield and quality of both were different. The main limited character of yield in high oil maize(HOM) was 1000-grain weight which lowed, speed of grain be in the milk and dewatering slowed relatively during the latter half period, water content of kernels highed .accumulative efficiency of oil high but the whole accumulation time lagged, anti-feeble abilities weaked. The narrow heredity basis of HOM was serious, speed of grain be in the milk slowed relatively before the middle period in the milk but accumulative efficiency of starch highed during the latter half period of high starch maize(HSM). We inquired to cultivate main objected character of high oil and high starch hybrid maize .Accumulative dynamic of oil and starch of high oil and high starch in contrast with common hybrid maize were studied in the experiment. The result indicated that average accumulative speed of oil of HOM was higher, and rate of progress was lower than common in the whole milk, in contract with others .whose that "High oil X Meiza" was highed, "Lancaster × Reid" was lowed., As for the rate of progress of accumulation of oil in the whole causes , "LancasterXTangsipingtou" was fastest than others in the three middle- late-maturing breeds, "Lancaster×Reid" was opposed, "Lancaster×Lvdahonggu"was the highest than others in three late-maturing breeds , "High oil×Meiza" was opposed; average accumulative speed of oil of HSM was higher, and rate of progress was lower than common in the whole milk.Genotype of maize oil and accumulation of starch with the relevant relation of temperature, rainfall and illumination in the milk period were studied. The result showed : (1) The main climate factor affected truly accumulation of oil of genotype of major breeds in the milk, accumulation was increased with temperature, illumination and rainfall increasing , and relevant relation was notable. (2) effect of the main climate factor on accumulation of maize oil , the difference was not notable in the breeds, and expression was different genotype between heterosis mode breed, obtuse breed affected little. (3) The main climate factor was correlation with accumulation of starch of HSM and common, and effect of accumulation of starch of maize was not notable.
