The effect of inoculation between dendrobiumus and its endophytic fungus arestudied in this paper. To study the physiological effect of endophytic fungi ondendrobium genus, we isolated, purified and cultured the endophytic fungus from thewild Dendrobium nobile lindl. and D.loddigesii Rolfe.,and setted up a symbioticsystem for Dendrobium genus and its endophytic fungus to try to set up a new culturalmethod for cultivating techniques and to supply some theoretical basis fordendrobiumus conservation and utilization. The results show that there are 22 fungus can promote Dendrobium nobilelindl.growth and 25 to D.loddigesii Rolfe.respectively, the fungi of 029,037,041,063,102,113,117,120and 140 can increase yield of Dendrobium nobile lindl.and D.loddigesii Rolfe.. We screening 3 funguses inoculated with Dendrobium nobile lindl. andD.loddigesiiRolfe.to determine the effect of endophtic fungi on enzyme activities.Theresults showed that the biomass of plant encreasing, such as the chlorphyllin on leaf, the rate of photochemistry and the contents of soluble protein can be increased byusing endophytic fungi in viteo culture, comparision with the controls, and which canenhanced the enzyme activity at the begin of invade, such as SOD, POD, PAL,.Additional, the elicitor of fungi and can promote the yield and the activity ofadaptable enzyme in proper contents of elicitor. We have presented our points in this aspect that the entophytic fungi can enhancethe physiological and biochemical responses on host plants in symbiotic system asfungi invade the host plant, which regulate metabolism action. It is important in vitroculture to select a proper rest for control of the growth of fungus to establish abeneficial symbiotic relationship between plants and fungi. The results can promotethe relative biotechnology's development.
