One hundred and fifty three medicinal herb extracts were tested for the inhibity efficacy to Rhizoctonia solani and Fusarium oxysporum. Compared with 50% alcohol control, there are 7 medicinal herb extracts that had above 50% inhibition to Rhizoctonia solani and 5 medicinal herb extracts that had above 50% inhibition to Fusarium oxysporum.According to this result, 3 medicinal herb extracts with higher inhibiting efficiency to Rhizoctonia solani and 4 medicinal herbs extracts with higher inhibiting efficiency to Fusarium oxysporum were chosed for the next screening test. In the next screening test, 7 medicinal herb extracts were stochasticly mixed, including 2 medicinal herbs, 3 medicinal herbs, 4 medicinal herbs, 5 medicinal herbs and 7 medicinal herbs. As a result, 13 different mixtures were screened ,which could efficiently inhibit the growth of Rhizoctonia solani and Fusarium oxysporum mycelium.Potted test of the 13 medicinal herb mixtures was made for the next screen. 15 treatments were designed, including 1 methyl bromide treatment and 1 control. In potted test, 120 g medicinal herb mixture was mixed with replanting soil in one garden pot and there are 10 garden pots in one treatment. As a result, 4 treatments (T15 ,T14, T12 and F10) were screened for the next green house trial.T12,T14,T15 and F10 were studied to control the replant disease of strawberry in two years greenhourse trials. Based on the analysis of RLD, infection of root and yield production, the results showed that T15 and T12 treatments could promote root vigor and inhibit fungal pathogeny. And the relative yield productions of T15 treatment compared to methyl bromide treatment were 92% in 2004 and 84% in 2005, and the relative yield productions of T12 treatment were 89% and 78% in two years. T15 and T12 treatments did not show significant difference with methyl bromide treatment and showed significant difference with control treatment in two years. In 2004, the relative yield productions of T14 treatment compared to methane bromide were 85% ,but had no significant difference with the relative yield productions of methane bromide and control treatments. In 2005, the...
