With people's standard of living improving, people was more and more stract with basic consumable, more and more intense of the appeal to "non-public hazards fruit". "Green fruit" became more and more popular. With China joining into WTO, Occident set "green barrier" on our produce, and were more and more strict with our export fruit. But the phenomenon of pesticide residue beyond criterion, not only restrict our fruit's export, but also threaten our health. Therefor, analysing pesticide residue was very significant to reasonable using of pesticide, to people's health and to "non-public hazards fruit".Pear, one of five world fruits, was traditional preponderant fruit trees in our country. Both the planting area and yield of China were NO.1 in the world. But the pear scab, widely existed in all pear area in our country, was the most important pear disease, which affected the quantity and quality. Presently fungicides , such as Diniconazole, Flusilazole, Carbendazim, were widely used in practice. Thereinto, Diniconazole, Flusilazole, which are a new type of high performance, low toxicity, broad spectrum triazole fungicides, are effective in control of pear scab of pear, Carbendazim asle have good effection to pear scab. They are commenly and far used in our country. There was few report on the study of residual analysis of Diniconazole, Flusilazole and Carbendazim in Yali pear fruit. Hence, Diniconazole, Flusilazole and Carbendazim as the study object, were sprayed in order to proceed the study of residual degradation dynamics and final residue. Residue was detected by GC-MS and LC-MS-MS.The main results were as follows:1 Studies on residual degradation dynamics of 12.5% Diniconazole WP, 40% Flusilazolatex, 50% Carbendazim WP in Yali pear fruit were according to spraying once, sampling time after time. The results showed that: Degradation curve equations of Diniconazole, Flusilazole, Carbendazim were: C=0.158e-0.0556t, C=0.1302e-0.0466t, C=0.02519e-0.0449t respectively, and the correlation coefficients were 0.9029, 0.9697, 0.9064 respectively, and the half lives were 12.47, 14.87, 15.44 d respectively. Residual degradation dynamics of these three fungicides all accorded with C=C0e-kt, and all had high...
