Objective Ginseng polysaccharide(GPS) was extracted fromginseng callus cell cultured with 67V medium, and then purifiedby several columns. Its content and component were contrasted tothe GPS extracted from natural ginseng to find the similarities anddifferences. Analyze its monosaccharide constitutes and thentestify its immunity enhancing effect.Method 1 Extraction and purification: Extracting GPS fromginseng cell with boiling distilled water, then deposit it with 90%ethanol. Purifying the GPS with DEAE-Sepharose and Sepharose4FF columns. 2 Constraction to natural ginseng: Extract andpurify GPS from nantural ginseng with the same method, andcontrast it to the GPS of ginseng callus cell. 3 Monosaccharideconstitutes analyse: Hydrolyze the GPS with TFA, and afterderiving with CDEF and TMCF, use gas chromatography toanalyze its monosaccharide constitutes. 4 Inject mice withHBsAg plus CGP ,NGP , use ELISA to test their immunityenhancing effect.Result 1 Confirmed the technics of extracting and purifying GPS.2 Proved that there was great difference between the GPScontent and constitute of ginseng callus cell and natural ginseng.3 Verified the monosaccharide constitutes of the CGP: CGPâ… ...
