Objective Ginseng polysaccharide(GPS) was extracted fromginseng callus cell cultured with 67V medium, and then purifiedby several columns. Its content and component were contrasted tothe GPS extracted from natural ginseng to find the similarities anddifferences. Analyze its monosaccharide constitutes and thentestify its immunity enhancing effect.Method 1 Extraction and purification: Extracting GPS fromginseng cell with boiling distilled water, then deposit it with 90%ethanol.
